"Aizee"  Lunier's Aizenay - Leopard collar

Aizee hopes to pursuing a career in therapy

Aizee has an interesting story about how he was named...
It is a long story but the short version from Bonnie,
Aizee's mom is that herhusband's father was a pilot in
WW II and his plane crashed in
France
in a tiny village called Aizenay.
He survived the crash but was promptly captured by the Germans
and was a POW for about 2 years. A man who was a teenager
at the time of the crash, as an adult, researched the plane crash
and got the names of all the Americans on the plane.
He had his county or its equivalent) donate land in Aizenay
(for a monument and park to honor the men of "Big Red".
We went to France at his invitation and visited
Aizenay and the Memorial park, which is phenomenal.
We have since returned and this man, Louis, has visited us with his family
and we have become very very close to him and his family. So the name Aizenay
has a lot of meaning for us and it fits into the A scheme. We would shorten it and
call him Aizee -pronounced  "A Z".  So that is what came to mind. A great story will
always be told when people ask why we named him Aizee !!   Bonnie
